Kollsnes Gas Plant

The processing plant at Kollsnes west of Bergen treats gas from the Toll, Kvitebjørn and Visund fields in the North Sea, and can handle up to 143 million standard cubic metres per day.

Installation of a sixth export compressor at the complex in 2005 expanded capacity from the original 120 million scm per day on 1 October 2006.

Statoil uses BazePlant for integrated operations and plant information management at the Troll field and the Kollsnes gas plant since 2003. Kollsnes is our largest installation, handling all process data from the plant it self and from Troll Platform. 

Oseberg Field Centre

At Oseberg Field Centre erosion in pipes and valves are monitored and modelled using BazeField erosion module. Predicting erosion at an early state allows for better control on erosion  and higher throughput in production.

Wind Farm operations

BazeField is implemented at Havøygavlen and Hywind and Statoil New Energy's headquaters at Vækerø to secure a fact based way of operating Statoil’s wind farm operations as safe and efficient as possible.
