Rosing award to Baze Technology
The Norwegian Computer Society awarded the user friendliness award to Baze Technology for our BazeField system delivered to Aker Borgestad Operations.
The jury states:
BazeField from Baze Technology
The winner of the Rosing Award for User-friendliness is a nominee that has worked systematically to tackle an extremely challenging problem. The solution faced the challenge of getting both trained and untrained personnel to collaborate across lingual and cultural lines to complete critical and risky tasks. Good communication between users is critical and this is enabled through a user-friendly solution with minimal requirements for training and simple access to necessary functionality. All of this is made possible due to a well thought-out role administration, a thoroughly prepared navigational structure, adaptable functionality and simple and clear screens with a conscious use of graphic elements. The solution is designed with the goal of having 0 user manuals, 1 button for one function, maximum 2 second response time for each screen and maximum 3 mouse clicks to reach desired functionality. In the opinion of the jury, the solution exhibits a high degree of user-friendliness"
