Sigurd J. Juvik - CEO

Sigurd has been with the company since 1996 and was the mastermind behind the core product delivered in the multi-million NOK Telenor project at St.Olavs Hospital in 2006. Sigurd has extensive experience with all our industrial customers as developer, project manager and sales director. Sigurd holds a Master of Science degree.

Christian Rambech Dahl - VP Strategy and Markets

Christian has a long and varied career with the oil companies Norsk Hydro and Fortum as reservoir geophysicist, asset manager for Heidrun and two years secondment working in Dubai. After an MBA in strategic management he decided to apply his combined competence within Baze Technology since 2004. Christian leads the company's BazeField marked development in the wind farming segment and holds a Master of Science degree and an MBA.

John Båserud - VP Products and Technology

John has a long-term experience within the company. He has served both as Development Manager in the product department and as technical sales consultant. Besides this, John has also been involved with several large scale implementations both as a developer and solution architect. John holds a Master of Science degree.

Magnus Beitdokken - VP Projects

Magnus has been with the company since 1998 and has extensive experience with most industrial customers and products as system developer, architect and project manager. He has been project leader for several industrial IT projects, amongst other the multi-million NOK Aker Borgestad Operations project. Magnus holds a Master of Science degree.

John Richard Fossum Egén - VP Finance and Administration

John Richard has a career as financial manager with several media and industrial companies. He has extensive experience from international and project managed organizations. He holds a Bachelor in Finance and Administration degree.

 Åse Irene Furuheim - VP Support & ICT Services

Åse has extensive experience with Customer Support and Management of ICT Services from public offices and the most recent years she has been responsible for developing Service Level Agreements and attain high customer satisfaction levels. Besides this, Åse has been project leader in large scale implementations within public ICT projects. Åse holds a M.Sc in Systems Engineering, Project Management Programme and is also ITIL-sertified Service Manager.

 Thorstein Rinker - VP Business Development

Thorstein joined Baze Technology as Business Developer in 2008. He came from a position as founder and CEO of Imaker, a position he held in 8 years. Thorstein has extensive experience in business and product development. In Baze Technology Thorstein leads the company's BazePort product and marked development. Thorstein is a trained journalist and holds a certificate in Marine Technology.
