Baze Technology was established as CARDIAC in 1991 and spun off from CARDIAC in 2007 to serve the industrial ICT market. Main office is located in Porsgrunn, Norway with a site office in Oslo.

Baze Technology's core business is developing real-time IT systems for global production enterprises. Baze Technology today delivers complete and fact based operations management software (OMS) based on nearly two decades of development for the oil & gas, pulp and paper, process and laboratories industries.
